Polyclonal antibody against the N-terminal domain of mouse CEACAM1a

Description:

CU researchers have developed an antibody against the N-terminal domain of the mouse glycoprotein CEACAM1a. Other common names for CEACAM1a include Bgp and CD66a. The anti-CEACAM1a polyclonal antibody was raised in rabbit and specifically detects mouse CEACAM1a. Importantly, the antibody does not recognize other mouse glycoproteins in the CEA family and has been tested for use in immunoblot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, flow cytometry, and ELISA assays.
